The complete Source-to-Pay platform

Every procurement decision, from first request to final payment — in one place.

One auditable trail, wired straight into your finance system. No spreadsheets, no re-keying, no step that happens outside it — and five sector packs on top, for construction, oil & gas, FMCG, manufacturing and retail.

See it in action

The whole platform, in four minutes.

One continuous walk through the live system — every capability, from the first requisition through sourcing, evaluation, contracts, purchase orders, suppliers, governance, the guidance beside each screen and the training films. No slides. Just the running product.

23 capabilities across five areas — Buying · Sourcing & Contracts · Suppliers & Risk · Control & Compliance · Money & Insight.

Request to payment

Nine steps. One system. Nothing on paper.

1

Request

Anyone raises a need

2

Approve

Budget holder authorises

3

Source

Buyer runs RFQ or tender

4

Evaluate

Committee scores, blind to price

5

Award

Second pair of eyes approves

6

Contract

E-signed by both parties

7

PO

Order issued to supplier

8

Receive

Goods checked against delivery

9

Pay

3-way match, then payment

Need the whole route drawn? The route map add-on, off by default, draws every path from request to paid invoice as flowcharts, and says where a regime is not modelled rather than guessing.

Why teams choose Atlas

Built to solve the pains procurement actually feels.

Designed with procurement managers, buyers and CPOs — the things that slow a team down, removed. Every one of these is live in the product, not a roadmap promise.

Live in days to weeks, not months

No multi-year implementation. A configured instance stands up in days — in our Canadian region today, or the region you nominate, on request.

Paperless, end to end

Request → approve → source → award → contract → PO → receive → invoice → pay. One system, one audit trail, nothing in email. For stocked goods: suggested reorder points and safety stock, shelf life and batch traceability.

Built for your region

Canada, US, UK, EU, GCC and Australia editions. Currency, tax, thresholds, trade-agreement rules and the whole document library switch to your jurisdiction.

Connects to your accounting system

Eleven accounting systems — QuickBooks Online, Xero, Business Central, NetSuite, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion, four Sage products and BILL: chart of accounts in, coded bills out, payment status back. Four are proven against live ledgers; the other seven are proven on your own ledger during onboarding. Legacy ledgers (SAP ECC and older networked systems) pull a read-only feed. No middleware, no lock-in.

Single sign-on

Your people log in with their existing Microsoft, Google or Okta accounts. Standard OpenID Connect — no new passwords to manage.

UNSPSC classification

The global commodity standard built in, so spend is categorised consistently and reports speak the same language as the rest of the business.

Contract lifecycle

From award to e-signature to milestones, obligations and renewal alerts — contracts live in the system, not a shared drive.

Supplier management

A full supplier 360 with risk, performance and lifecycle gates that block a purchase from ever reaching the wrong vendor.

Live spend analysis

Under-contract, requisition-backed and off-process spend, supplier concentration and cycle times — computed the moment a PO is raised.

Reporting & exports

Executive lenses for CPO, Category Manager and CFO, plus one-click CSV export of anything for the board pack.

AI at every stage

Built-in guidance on every record — what to do next, what to watch for — plus an optional AI assistant your team can ask in plain English.

Built by procurement people

Shaped around real procurement pain, not a generic workflow tool bent to fit. It works the way your team already thinks.

What Atlas does

Twenty-three capabilities. One licence.

Everything below is included in every edition, in every region — no paid-extra modules, no per-seat meter. Open any one of them to see the actual screens.

Analyse

See where every dollar goes — and where it leaks.

Live spend analysis across suppliers, categories and departments. The metrics that matter to a CFO, computed the moment a purchase order is raised.

  • Spend under contract, requisition-backed spend and off-process ("maverick") spend, at a glance
  • Supplier concentration, diverse-supplier share and estimated Scope-3 emissions
  • Request-to-PO and invoice-to-payment cycle times
  • Posts straight into your accounting system, or a one-click CSV and a live feed for anything else
  • Month-end GRNI and supplier rebate accruals post as journals to six ledgers, once an administrator switches them on — proven live on four

Every role, their own view

Everyone opens Atlas to their own work.

The same system, a different first screen for each person — so nobody has to learn the parts of it that are not their job. Pick a role to see what they actually open.

Requester's view — their own requisitions and where each one has got to
RequesterRaise a need, then watch it move. No training required, and no chasing anyone to find out where it went.

Approver's dashboard — the queue waiting on them and nothing else
ApproverThe approvals waiting on them, in order of urgency — and nothing else in the way.
acme.atlasbackbone.com/evaluate
Evaluator's scoring screen — quality scored blind to price
EvaluatorScores quality against the published rubric — blind to price, because the price score is computed and must not colour the judgement.
acme.atlasbackbone.com/invoices
Finance view — invoices, three-way match and what is cleared to pay
FinanceInvoices against their purchase order and receipt. What matched, what is held, and what is cleared to pay.
One system, chosen at setup

Built for the way your jurisdiction procures.

Currency, tax, thresholds and the whole document library switch to your region. Pick yours to see Atlas built for your market.

Trust & control

Enterprise controls, not enterprise complexity.

Encrypted at rest

Supplier bank details and integration secrets encrypted with a key held apart from the database. Passwords salted PBKDF2, never recoverable.

Segregation of duties

No one approves their own request. Milestone certification needs a different person. Sealed bids open only after quoting closes, by the event owner or an administrator, and the opener is recorded.

Immutable audit trail

Every action — and every blocked attempt — recorded with actor and time. The defensible record a challenge or an auditor asks for.

Single sign-on

Sign in with your existing Microsoft, Google or Okta accounts over standard OpenID Connect. Sessions expire; a password change ends them all.

Connects to your finance system

Coded bills post into any of eleven ledgers and payment status comes back. Proven live on QuickBooks Online, Xero, Business Central and Sage Accounting; the other seven are proven on your ledger during onboarding. Older systems pull a feed instead.

Data residency, respected

Atlas runs in Canada (Toronto) today. When you sign, we stand up a dedicated instance in the region you nominate — the US, the UK, the EU, the GCC or Australia — so procurement data stays where the law requires.

Assurance

458 end-to-end flows, 31,161 steps, none failed.

Automated end-to-end tests exercise the whole system — the everyday path, the awkward edge case, deliberate attempts to break it. Every run is written down, step by step.

458End-to-end flows, 0 failed
31,161Steps checked in that run
5Sector packs run end to end
300Earlier full procure-to-pay cycles

Every layer is exercised.

What it costs

Enterprise capability, at a fraction of the enterprise price.

One licence for the whole system: every capability, every region, unlimited users and suppliers, updates and support. $60,000 a year, live in days to weeks, figures laid out plainly. No per-seat meter, no module unlocks.
