Supplier portal

Your suppliers get their own front door — and it costs them nothing.

Supplier management is your inside view of the companies you buy from. This is theirs: suppliers keep their details current, bid for work, submit sealed quotes, acknowledge orders and invoice, all in one place. No licence. No email to chase.

The whole relationship, one login

Everything between a supplier and this buyer lives on one screen — not in an inbox.

A supplier signs in and sees their whole side of it: opportunities to bid for, orders to fulfil, contracts to sign, documents to keep current, invoices raised. It replaces the email thread that usually carries all of this, and costs them nothing.

  • No licence, no seatFree to the supplier. You do not buy licences for the companies you buy from.
  • No email to chaseInvitations, questions, amendments, awards, and each invoice's due date and paid status all land here. Nothing depends on an inbox.
  • They own their detailsThe supplier maintains their own profile and the categories they supply. The register is not a second copy you keep up to date.
  • Documents that expireInsurance and certificates are held with their expiry dates. The supplier is told before one lapses, not after.

Invited, or found in the open

Public tenders anyone can find, and private RFQs sent by name — both arrive here.

Two ways in, on one screen. The buyer invites a supplier into a private RFQ, or the supplier finds a public tender. Follow the categories you supply and a match notifies you as it opens.

  • Public tenders, listedOpen solicitations appear for any supplier to view and quote — the public front your region's rules may require.
  • Follow your categoriesTick the categories you supply. A new public opportunity in one of them notifies you here.
  • Sealed quotesA quote stays sealed until a named person on the buyer's side formally opens the event. No price is visible early.
  • Ask, decline, or bid liveAsk a question, decline with a reason, or upload a priced bill of quantities. Live reverse auctions run from the same event.
