Encrypted at rest

Supplier bank details and integration secrets are encrypted, with the key kept apart from the database. Passwords are salted with PBKDF2 and can never be recovered.

Segregation of duties

No one approves their own request. A different person certifies milestones. Sealed bids open only after quoting closes, by the event owner or an admin, and the opener is recorded.

An audit trail nobody can edit

Every action, and every blocked attempt, is recorded with who and when. The record a challenge or an auditor asks for.

Single sign-on

Sign in with your Microsoft, Google or Okta accounts over standard OpenID Connect. Sessions expire. A password change ends them all.

Connects to your finance system

Coded bills post to any of eleven ledgers, and payment status comes back. Proven live on QuickBooks Online, Xero, Business Central and Sage Accounting. The other seven are proven on your ledger during onboarding. Older systems pull a feed instead.

Data residency, respected

Atlas runs in one region: Canada (Toronto). Need your data in your own country? A dedicated instance there is possible by separate agreement.

458 flows on 6 September 2026. The general cycle and every industry pack built by then, from requisition to payment, in two private settings: Ontario and Dubai. 31,161 steps, none failed. On 13 September 2026 the pharma pack ran 30 end-to-end scenarios in the same two settings. No steps failed.
300 complete cycles, run for real. Requisition, approval, sourcing, quote, award, purchase order, goods receipt, invoice, three-way match and milestone payment. Ten setups across five regions, in both public and private form. 7,260 checks, none failed.
Every client is walled off — tested, not assumed. On 16 September 2026, 400 scenarios ran across 16 separate client workspaces on live servers, public and private and across jurisdictions. A marker planted in one workspace never reached another's screens, sealed bids or documents. 4,679 checks, zero leaks.
A separate audit checks what each screen says against the data behind it, in all ten setups. So the words on screen can't drift from the records.
Attack tests, not just the easy path. 464 security and money-integrity checks try to skip an approval, see a rival's sealed bid or push a figure negative. Every one is refused.
