We are a young company. You should know what protects you if we ever cannot serve you. These are true today.

Atlas does not depend on one person. If the founder is unavailable, the team keeps the service running and supported.
Admins can export the whole workspace to CSV at any time.
Each company has its own database. It is hosted in Toronto.
Backups are continuous and encrypted. An off-site copy is made every five minutes, and snapshots are verified hourly.
A further copy sits on an offline drive that the founder controls.
99.5% availability, with service credits. Support desk 09:00-17:00 Eastern, business days. Code problems go to the people who wrote the code.
