One flat price for the term. At renewal, fees may rise in line with standard SaaS practice, with at least 90 days’ written notice — and if you do not accept an increase, you may end the agreement at the renewal date.

Standard term is three years. Export all your data at any time, in open formats, with no exit fee.
Among our first clients? A small number of founding clients may be offered special terms, at our discretion — ask when you talk to us.
Data migration from a legacy system can be quoted separately. It depends on many factors, and we usually recommend a clean start instead.
All figures are in US dollars, plus applicable taxes. No per-seat fees, no module unlocks, no surprise line items.
